ATTENDANCE OF BOARD MEETING

I i think if its related to financial matter, then it may be compulsory for auditors.

But not sure. Lets Senior to comment for the same

It is not compulsory for auditor to attend the Board Meeting of the Company.

auditors is not compalsory 2 attain board meeting,

but auditor has an right to received a notice regarding general meeting, board meeting and EGM.

So, to attain board meeting has a right of the audito, and not a duty of auditor so, auditors is not compalsory 2 attain board meeting,

But in my opinion, as far as statutory auditor is concerned, he is not concerned with the Board meeting. And i don think he has a right to receive Notice of a Board meeting, right is limited to receiving notices of General meeting and Aduti Committee meeting.

He is mainly concerned with the general meeting of the Company and the Audit Committee Meeting and to that extent agree with wat u've said.

Pl. correct me if m wrong somewhere.
