Income from performance by an artist should be recognized when the hall is
booked or tickets are sold whichever is earlier or not and why?

In my opinion , as per AS 9 Revenue recognition , Revenue can be recognized only on the completion of the performance.So income should be recognized only after the tickets are sold.
