Call the helpline numbers and try to find as this would be the case with many. The main point here would be that your principal is in agreement. If there is no clear answer then read the permissible grounds for transfer and try to arrange something. For eg. May be transfer of a working parent to a place more than 50 kms etc. Its easy to get a rent agreement and along with that attach a request letter on which even your principal can sign and I believe you will get the Institute's permission.

Hi   Yes, you can take transfer in article ship, for this you will take prior approval from Institute, thereafter you will file Form-109.

Sir, how to apply for prior approval from ICAI? Can we mail a consent letter with the sign of Principal ?
