I need help regarding my leaves. I have recently got the transfer. I m PE-II student and served 1 yr 10 months and 22 days under my prevoius employer till 18.06.2010.and leaves taken are 133 days. I m having my attempt due in nov 2010. wht i want to ask is whether it will affect my attempt. and how much excess leave I have taken.

You should have only 12 moths Articleship Balance including if any excess leave before appearing for First Attempt. ( Final from PE2).
wht i want to know is how much is my excess leave??????
On rough calculaton U r eligible for 112 days of leave now.(.i.e 1/6 of total days served..)
So 21 days excess..
And I think u will get Nov attempt..
