Dear All,
My articleship had started from 2nd April 2007 and technically it has completed on 2nd Sept 2010. But in the mean while i had a Break on 16th November 2009 till 23rd Nov 2010.
I have resumed my Articleship from 23rd Nov 2010, but i didn't submitted any Form for Break in articleship.
Currently my articleship would complete on 8th Sept 2011 (as calculated), but just because I din't submitted any of the forms that was required , my articleship period will extend if i will submit it as on current date.
One of my friend has suggested me to show that my articleship was completed on 2nd Sept 2010 and not to show any Break during the articleship and to fill up the articleship completion form.
WHAT SHALL I DO ? PLEASE SUGGEST.

if your CA agrees than do not show the break
it will be better
I would advise you to not to play with ICAI by hiding your break. The best way is to visit your nearest branch and ask for a proper clarification.

I have went to the nearest regional ofiice of ICAI in Article Section they told to fill the form 102 and 103 again from the current date. The period in form 102 shall be of 10 months again starting from the month of August..
But i have worked my remaining period...
Its very complex..

@ A.S. (C.A. Learner) agar mera employer maan jata hai then i will just fill articleship completion form only..
Kya late of articleship completion form ICAI submit lega ? Aur baad me koi inquiry kiya toh kya bolega??
