Articleship doubt regarding big 4

It does matter but if you instill confidence at the time of ionterview you would be given a chance.

and just one last thing .. do u know of anyone who has entered big 4 at 3 rd attempt without reference ?? i will be relieved if u answer this question ...

Yes Sure, I know of a guy who got into PwC inspite of clearing his PE-2 (IPCC) in multiple attempts but he had good reference.

What matters more is your reference and your performance in interview. So be thorough with your subjects before going for interview especially the subject in which you get exceptionally good marks in your ipcc result.
