Hi all.........

I m PANKAJ SHARMA, m a CA Final Student doing regular Articleship

with a proprietor firm of Chartered Accountant.

Dear all, i wanted a favour from all of u........

I started my Training on 10/ SEP / 2007 ....i have taken leave 0f 4 months in total (including intermediary leaves taken by me)

for exam preparion of CA PCC between this period till now.

(1). I have counted that my Articleship is going to complete on 10 / Feb / 2011.........is it Right..?

(2). what is the period required by me to serve in Articleship with Chartered Firm taking into a/c remaing leave available ?

(2). what is the funda of 6 months leave in 3.5 years of Articleship.?

(3). Is there any restriction as to whether 3 months must have elapsed before sitting in Final Exam.?

plz plz help me out..coz various tution classes centers will provide seats,

only for those whose attempt is near to the batch.

Your articleship will end on 9th of march 2011 only if u dont avail more than 2 months of leave from now onwards. There is not any requirement that 3 months must have elapsed between end of training and final exams. In 3 and half years of articleship an article can avail leave to the extent of 180 days excluding public holidays, if total leave availed by an article exceeds the limit of 180 days then his articleship will extend to the extent of excess leave.
