I already cleared my CA inter(PCC) and completed 1yrs 1 months of my articleship.
And then i got government job and i want to continue my ca is there any option if i take leave for 2 years from government job and continue ca articleship.

yes u can ...and u should complete anethor one and half year of ur articleship then clear ipcc afterwards complete ur CA final ...

While joining the govt job they do get some papers signed in that they assure that u are not indulged in any saurt of job, including honorarium also.
Whereas in your case it is not a job but a part of a study process, in my opinion you can continue with your studies.
Lastly just read all the documents you need to sign before joining.
