Exposure requirement depends on ur needs,, and what u want to do in coming future,,
if u waana go for job than keep working in ur firm,,
and go for the ""Industrial training"",, a very best option,,,
if want to do practice in fututre than mail ur resume to the Email id's of any firm u wanna go for,, after mailing call them,, u will get better feedback...
