I have heard that in the past that if you scored high in a paper but failed in the group one could get exemption from wirting that paper again.
Is such a scheme still there or scrapped ??
I am asking this for IPCC.

You have to score 60 marks in any paper to get exemption from it. Exemption is valid for 3 attempts
