It is not compulsory to reserve the name through RUN, provided on MCA portal, you can file SPICE 32, 33 & 34 for the incorporation of certain companies mentioning a proposed name.
And if the name is available, allowable as per companies name rules and all your documents and informations are in proper & correct manner as per requirement, the company will be successfully incorporated.

But if any improperness regarding name, informations, documents, etc found, chance for resubmission is given to you.

The benefit from reservation of name, according to my experience, it assures that the name is reserved for you and save your time of resubmission of forms again due to proposed name issues.

sir digambar tiwari, but cost efficient company won't like that , because i guess 1000 rs has to be payable as prescribed by the form for reservation!!

I agree with Mr. Digambar Tiwari.. best way is to reserve the name first n then apply for incorporation
