I have a query regarding appointment of statutory auditor of a private limited company. We have appointed the auditors for previous years but failed to intimate the same to the RoC within prescribed time. Now, Form 23B is not available as per Companies Act, 2013 and latest forms available at the MCA site. So, what should I do? How should I intimate the appointment of auditor to the RoC?
