A person is an Internal auditor of a company . He was offered a proposal as Statutory auditor of the company since the previous auditor was not completed the statutory audit due to death/resignation etc., Internal auditor was appointed as statutory auditor for the next financial year.
Item No.01: Whether Internal auditor can sign on the pending previous year Balance sheet as statutory auditor in the next financial year..
Item No.02: Whether his appointment asstatutory auditor for the next financial year is valid ?
