For Eg: AGM held on 30/09/2010 the Auditor must be appointed for the FY 2010-11

In the AGM of 2010 the auditors for the year 2011has to be apppointed.
He must be appointed in the AGM of 2010.
In the AGM held in 2010, the auditor for 2010-11 must be appointed.
