While Going through DRC 07 officer has disallowed ITC 16(4) Levied Interest and Penalty.
another issue GSTR3B filed late before Nov 21, on late filing of GSTR3B, ITC availed is disallowed.
Now officer is asking to pay ITC 16(4) not allowing benefite of 16(5) in this situation how to handle Amnesty please Guide...
