Application pending for clarification but no scn received

Ok Sir, received no SCN. Can anyone tell if application gets rejected after deadline July 30, whether one has to pay penalty for applying again ?

My application also shows pending for clarification form 12/08/2017 but still it shows no SCN raised and if in editable application, I try to file it again, it generates EVC but submission is not done then what to do?? how much time we have to wait as its almost 12 days

I have received Notice according to clarification and also received a e-mail with SCN Refrence no. but when I am trying to input scn no. or ARN no., it says"no SCN raised". The last date of filing the clarification was 15th of Sept but I can't get any update.

I went to "Application for Filing Clarifications" to see if any issue is raised but cannot see any objections there as well. According to GST user manual, "Original application is available in editable mode for all those fields for which Notice has been issued. Edit the details and upload the additional documents wherever required." But in my case, no field is in editable mode for now. Please let me know what should I do now, should I just go ahead and resubmit the same application as it is ?

{"error_code":404,"error_msg":"DOCUMENT NOT FOUND"}. this msg will be displayed in my new tab once i click filing for clarification. CAn someone help!!! How should I procceed.
