YES CLUBBING PROVISION WILL DEFINITELY APPLY IN RESPECT OF ANY GIFT GIVEN TO SPOUSE AND SONS WIFE AS PER SEC.64 AND ANY INCOME ARISING ON SUCH GIFT WILL BE CLUBBED IN THE INCOME OF TRANSFEROR
