application for composition levy

i have filed application for composition levy before 16/08/2017 but still my status is regular and when today 18/09/2017 open window reopen for composition application still application shows u have alredy submitted
what can i do

I also mail a complain in this regard.....They said it is technical error. I am talking in this matter for last 2 months. Wait reply you soon in this matter.
