Dear guys,
Can anyone tell me what is the rate for TDS in case of payment mad to foreign company by indian company as a fees for technical and consulting.
Please also guid me for the relavant section.

Dear Darshak,
The TDS rate will the rate as per section 195 of the income tax act or as per the DTAA between India and the concerned country, whichever is beneficial to the assessee. Therefore it is necessary to know the country where u r remitting the payment in order to decide the rate.
