I have one query regarding applicability of SEBI SAST Regulations:-
If shares of A ltd has been listed on a stock exchnage but its trading has been suspended. But suppose, a person wants to accquire shares of A Ltd or wants to obtain control over that company
Whether SAST Regulations have been applicable on it, if Yes then how can he offer price will be determined as the shares have not traded?
