whether the provisions of GST applicable to the state of J & K ????

Yes it's applicable
no its not applicable in the state of J & K. GST extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
just now I read that SGST bill passed in the assembly of J & K in the last Saturday...so now gst provisions made applicable to j & k also...
