OUR CLEINT HAS GIVEN APPLICATION OF REGISTRATION ON DT. 12/01/2010. AND STARTED CLAIMING CENVAT CREDIT OF INPUT ON 13/01/2010

WHAT IS THE RIGHT DATE OF CLAIMING INPUT TAX CREDIT.

Hello Dear
U r Cenvat credit elegable after obtaining the Regidtration Certificate and also your purchase order date shoud be after Central Excise Registration date. then only u r eligable for credit.
From the date of issue of registration, you will be able to take excise benifit.
