For November 2010 examination SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 amended upto April are applicable i.e.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009: Applicable
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009: Applicable
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment)Regulations, 2010: Applicable
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements)(Third Amendment) Regulations, 2010: Applicable (it is came on 13th April, 2010 so upto this amendment all are applicable)
