Hi,

I want to know whether this topic is applicable to nov 2010 final new course,, -SEBI (ICDR), 2009. can any one tell me recent amendments applicable to nov10?

Dear Student,

For November 2010 examination SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 amended upto April are applicable i.e.

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009: Applicable

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009: Applicable

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment)Regulations, 2010: Applicable

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements)(Third Amendment) Regulations, 2010: Applicable (it is came on 13^th April, 2010 so upto this amendment all are applicable)
