Private Limited Company has appointed Whole-time Director whether salary and housing loan given to Directors shall be recorded in the regiater maintianed U/s 301.

No entry need to be made in the Register maintained u/s 301 for the remuneration payable to Directors. As regards housing loan, if the same is as per the company's policy as applicable to other employees then no entry is required. Otherwise the details are to be entered.
