Sir i have a query regarding appeal filing last date -
Demand Order Date - 16/08/22
Appeal has to be filed within 3 months from the date of communication of order
Sir what will be the last date to file appeal in this case,
Will it be 15/11/22 or 16/11/22 or 17/11/22.

Please correct me if i am wrong... but as far as i remember, appeal shall be filed with in 30 days of service of order.
