I would like to Confirm if AOC-4 is required to be filed or NOT. I created the company in 2015 with 1 Lac Capital only.
My One CA hasn't filed AOC-4 since its formation. NOW another CA Advised. It is mandatory. due to this may be my Company is showing NON-Compliance.
Please advice.
