Pvt Co. -For filing Form 23AC we have to attach Audit Report. Now my query is attaching Form 3CA audit report under 44AB of IT Act is enough? or should I have to procure a saperate Audit Report under Companies Act (which will also have comments for CARO) along with Form 3CA for Annual Return filing with ROC- pls suggest . Thanks for all the members here.

For filing of form 23Ac in ROC Filing......auditor report generally includes..........B/s, P/l, Notes of account, Caro comment(if applicable), other than that u can attach other report too like tax audit report (which is optional for purpose of filing of form 23AC)......
