Form MGT-7 (Annual Return) has been notified for filing. Under the old Act we used to prepare Schedule V and obtain signature of Directors / Secretary. A scanned copy of Schedule V will be attached with Form 20B.
My query is are we suipposed to prepare manual MGT-7 - scan and attach the same with online MGT-7
