As per my understanding. All Share holders Details required to be Given.
Work out in Excel and Attach it as Annx at the End. Disclose the same in respective column As per Annx Enclosed
As per Section 159, For filling of Annual Return of company you required Directors Details, download form 20B from MCA portal. Every company having a share capital shall within Sixty days from AGM Date prepare & file with Registrar annual return
