Yes, you can revise Form 23AC & ACA but only by paying additional fees and after that on MCA portal in your Company, the portal will show 2 Form 23AC & ACA ... against one Form 23AC & ACA the word Revised will get add.

Form 23 AC and ACA can not be field twice i.e. revised forms can not be filed for any company.

But if the company want to do so, teh company will have to adopt the new accounts in general meeting of shareholders and will have to file the same with ROC but for  adoption of accounts in General Meeting, the company need to obatin the approval of ROC First.

The new form series will have to be issued by MCA..!!! You got to wait until then.

Now 23ac and aca can not be revised.
