Annual filing
AGM date is 08th August and MGT 7 is not filled till now is there any additional fee? If yes then why?

No, there is no Additional Fees. RoC has extended the date of filing of Annual Return to 31-12-2018
May be ROC has extended the date of filing of Annual Return but some relaxation not whole add. fees has been removed. you can check the enquiry fees option of MCA website.
