does the companies act 2013 have any changes on business law? or it is only related to company law? are d same business law applicable for may attempt for ca ipcc n june attempt for cma inter like nov/dec 2014?

As per the ICAI website:
"As students are aware that the syllabus of Corporate and Allied Laws has been revised in terms of the decision of the Council taken at its 333rd meeting held in May, 2014 and relevant new sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May, 2015 examinations.
According to the MCA this is the list of Notified Provisions of the Act:
