Amendment to clause 41 format in line with revised sch vi

Circular says this amendment relates to interim disclosure of financial results whereas in the format it also states "year ended". Also there is ambiguity regarding CFS format as the listing agreement states in Clause 41 V (c) that Consolidated fin. results shall be in the same format as Standalone. If CFS is not presented in quarters, then only yearly data can be presented in Year end results not preceding & corresponding 3 months etc., Better SEBI clarifies / amends 41 V (c).
