Am I eligible for appearing in November 11 final exam?

Refer to application for exam form and check wther out of  any  3 eligibilty condtion you are eligible or not as it depends wther you passed pe-2 /pcc/ipcc, its better you check the form in person and decide accordingly.

Last  date for exam form submission without late fees is 30/8/2011 & with late fees is 6/9/2011.

m confused coz of my training period .as per deed, less than 6 months of training is left .but wat abt excess leave i have taken ...will it affect my  eligiblity?

Yes, excess leave will affect your eligibilty ....that is y i am sugesting you to just go through the exam form by youself and  check the conditons mentioned as you will be in a better postion to calculate the period mentioned therein and decide accordingly.

AS per icai rule should be pending of articles last 6months inculding your leaves, if its exceeds than you cant write this nov but its better you contact your near chapter and find out details...

Final examination- November 2011 Application Form

It is seen that Point 1.2(iv) of the eligibility criteria on Page no 1 of the Final examination form for November 2011 contains an error which has crept in inadvertently, through oversight:

The said Point no 1.2(iv), as corrected, be read as follows:

“You must be in service as on 1st November 2011 and serving the last six months of training including excess leave, if any, and due to complete 3 ½ years on or before 30th April 2012 ( PCC students) ( Certificate of service to this effect should be sent to Additional Secretary (Exam) by 30th November 2011)”

However, the relevant condition( applicable to PCC candidates) as appearing at Point No 6 (III) on Page 6 of the “Notes for information and guidance of applicants” and Point No 7 of the OMR application form is appearing correctly.

can any one tell me tht non-submission of form 108 will affect the final exam?

If articleship is completed and there is more than six months gap bet exam and completion of articleship then while filling the exam form ICAI ask for the copy of letter issued by ICAI for completion of articleship service which they issue only after submitting form 108.

you are elligible for apperaing only if your Articleship including the ecxess leaves shall get over by 30.04.2012 ie 6 months prior to the month in which exam commences

Talk with your CA and see what he say and how much execss day he is counting and accordingly do

if u can talk with your ca then u can give exam
