I've finished my CA Foundation and joined CA Inter. I've completed my Articles. I applied so many times and didn't appear in any of CA Inter Exams due to family problems. Now, I'm desperate to complete it by joining PCC. I contacted the SIRC and one person is saying that I can join but another says that I can join only after PEII May 2009 exams. The same thing happened when I contacted in Sep 08. Can somebody help me about the rules.

i think you can apeear in may-09
why not you enquire or cofirm from institute office which ever is nearly you situated
u should be eligible...jst be a little stern whn u enquire.
can somebody say the entire steps to write CA final. Say I have done B.Com. what will be the next thing I have to do CA.

Thanks for the response. They r saying that I'm eligible for conversion but asked me to come after the May 09 exams. If I join now, I can atleast finish the IT Training and start preparing.I'm not interested in writing this May 09 exams as I can write only one group and I don't know what they will decide in Nov 09. Kindly guide me with the rules about joining now which they themselves are not clear.
