Dear all
I have querry relating to AIR.My client has received notice for AIR for non filling.In case we receive the notice and we file the return then in response to notice then it is called as supplementory return.So I have prepared supplementory return and trying to upload but it is showing error of previous RRR No. which i dont have as i am filling it first time.So my query is whther it will go as original return or supplemenyory return.

if u have been failed to seld ITR-V to CPC bangalore then they might have deleted the uploaded return, upload as new return now
Thank you sir for replying but you have not understand my querry I am asking for the AIR retrun(Annual Information return) to be filed under section 285BA in form 61A and not ITR.

if you r filing 1st time then its new/ original return only.
