Yes, provided there is net tax liability.
ITR selection depends upon other sources of income including agricultural income.
Filling Form J is mandatory in case of agricultural income.
Form J is mandatory to prove a income is a agriculture income
You can file ITR -U for all the year prior years if you have Tax payable on total income including agriculture income
and for financial year 22-23 you can file your itr IN
ITR -2 (if you have income from salary, agriculture, interest , capital gain )
ITR -3 (if you have income from BUSINESS, salary, agriculture, interest , capital gain )
