As far as I know it is not usually the practice to table Minutes of the last AGM at the current year's AGM (c.f. as opposed to Board Meetings).
How do I clarify a client that as far as AGM is concerned, it is not necessary to table last year's AGM Minutes at this year's AGM.

Hi Chris,
Agreed with you that normally we dont see AGM Minutes of last year placed in the Next AGM, as against BM.
But i assume your client is a shareholder, and shareholder have rights to view, various registers and records
which includes minutes too. So if they are willing to view the AGM Minutes of last year, then arrange or get copy
of such agm as requested.
