Agreed with you that normally we dont see AGM Minutes of last year placed in the Next AGM,  as against BM.

But i assume your client is a shareholder, and shareholder have rights to view, various registers and records

which includes minutes too. So if they are willing to view the AGM Minutes of last year, then arrange or get copy

of such agm as requested.
