Against reservation in promotion

Yes Rahul, I agree with you. This is very upsetting news for we candidates who belong to the General Category. Enough is just enough. At first you people have given quota for admission to good colleges, institutes and also for jobs in PSU but now quota in promotion is simply ridiculous. This is just another cheap strategy of congress to win votes from backward classes. The future of this country is so bleak because of this quota and reservation system for backward classes.

The good thing about CA/CS/CWA is that we dont have any reservation or quota system for backward classes here unlike IITs,IIMs,MBBS and other courses.

but if this bill is passed it will  harmful for ca also, for those who are working in PSUs, banks & other government sector departments.

your experience in job, your talent will not be  considered  for promotion.

the thing that will be considered for promtion is your cast.

also the get age relaxation while applying for job.

 

if we general category student pass 
CA after 30 yrs we are not eligible to apply for job bcoz general category has ge limit while backward student can apply upt to 35 yrs of age

Yeah, i am agree with you pradnya ji.

I have seen my friends who belong to billionaires family yet they manage to get the OBC caste certificate by bribing the govt. officials and they have got admission into IIMs even by scoring 95percentile. For a general category student, its difficult to get into IIMs even after scoring 98percentile while if you belong to backward category then you can easily grab a seat in IIMs even by scoring just 94percentile. This quota and reservation is really a very depressing and discouraging thing for the young competitive India. And instead of reducing the quota, politicians are introducing more n more quotas just for the sake of earning votes.

that's the one of  reason for general cast that they are leaving the country

i think reservation  should be only for below poverty line(BPL)  people from any cast.
