Gift of house property to 19 year old unmarried daughter and from that house any income will be whose income?
If father gift a portion of his house/ plot to his unmarried 19 year old daughter and from that house/ plot any income will be fathers’ or daughters’ income?
As per rules of clubbing, the income from house property will be added in the income of father.
