After Clearing PCC

I have cleared my PCC now in Nov 2010, now i have to enrol for Final course(new)..

So can anyone tell me whats the procedure for registration..

And if i have submit the form and DD, i will get the modules on the spot or i have to wait for it..

And should i register for Final now or wait for some times so that i will get new updated modules..
