The Company Bill has been passed by the Lok Sabha ....
However the consent of The Rajya Sabha and The Hon'ble President of India is pending ....
the latest, that the bill can come into existence - if passed by the house without any hassle is June'2013 (same time the Finance Act gets published in the official gazettee of The Government of India .........
And i dont think thet ICAI would introduce it so soon especially for May 2014 exams ........
