Advise books on CA final for IPCC students

I have given IPCC both groups attempt in May 2010(so no articleship) and results will be around 1^st week of August. So have a lot of time i.e. atleast 2 and half months. I wanna read good books about CA final. So kindly suggest me on following-

Indirect tax-

Strategic Financial Management-

Corporate and allied laws-

Financial Reporting-

Audit-

Advanced Management Accounting-

Please suggest from knowledge point of view and not exam oriented. So may be books which are too much in detail or complicated language don’t suggest. Grasping of good concepts and appreciating knowledge is main objective.

Please do reply as this will also help all IPCC pass students who have 3 years time for final attempt.
