i am appearing for 1st group for may 2013 c.a final....in which i dont want to give four papers...sfm is assured that i will try for exemption...i have not prepared for accounts as yet,...i can prepare theory on my own....i dont need coaching for audit and law...so just tell me which theory paper should i give alongwith my practical paper SFM,audit or law?

please i am not going to give four papers dats for sure...so please advise me should i opt for audit or law?and please also tell me how to score exemption in that theory paper?which book to refer etc?

And also tell me is it compulsory that if i want to give two papers so i have to attend all papers of 1st group,and why is it so?

and also if i get exemption in any paper in may 2013...so wo exemption kab tak ke liye valid rahegi?

Change your thinking, it is better if you were to think positive and try to strategies your studies by focusing on all papers. By your posting, one can infer that you do not wish to appear in FR paper.

So let us assume, that you prepared to secure exemption in SFM paper and unfortunately that paper happened to be the toughest amongst the 4 papers and FR was the most easiest, don't you think your plan got backfired.

My suggestion is please think positive and do not experiment too much with your life, when you have an opportunity glaring at your eyes to clear the examination at the earliest why are you shutting the eyes.

Stay focused and determined, success will bring cheers in life.
