Advice for tds

DER FRNDS,

I HAVE A FDR IN BANK AND SUBMITTED 15H. BUT IN CURRENT FY BANK HAS DEDUCTED TDS FOR PREVIOUS INTEREST ie FOR PREVIOUS F.Y. INTEREST WHEN I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED 15H AND FILL RETURN FOR PREVIOUS YEAR.

SO PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO. OR I SHOULD CLAIM TDS AS REFUND FOR AY-2013-14 (ie next year)

Hello,

How can TDS be deducted if you have submitted Form 15H. I think you hsould ask this answer from your Bank Officer.

IS THERE ANY PROVISION IN IT ACT UNDER THIS TDS CAN BE DEDUCT FOR PREVIOUS YEARS WHEN FORM 15H HAD BEEN SUBMITTED.

Hello, First you can contact Bank Manager wether they missed the 15H form in that period, and you are get the duplicate copy of 15H of bankers

thanks Raghavendra but i have submitted 15H for previous year and current year and submitted return for ay. 2012-13. than bank how can deduct TDS on interest of previous year (ie ay 2012-13) in current year (ie ay. 2013-14). and in 26as it show it in current year.
