ADT-1 , IN CASE OF FIRST AUDITOR
is it mandatory to file form ADT-1 in case appointment of First auditor ?

it became debatable recently. Aoc-4 is allowing Z99999999 as SRN of adt-1 for first auditor. But ADT-1 expressly provides for appointment of auditor by BOD
