ADT-1 FOR FIRST AUDITOR
Is it required to file ADT-1 for the appointment of first auditor by a non govt. co. ??

No it's not required to file
Not mandatory to file ADT-1. It is at discretion of BOD wthr to file or not only in case of first directors
not required to file adt-1
Not required. 3rd Proviso to Sec.139(1) refers to filing notice of appointment of auditor in AGM only and not by the Board.
