Dear All,
My question is regarding filling of ADT-1. I need to ask whether I need to file ADT-1 at the time of ratification also. I have apponited auditor at the beginning of year 2014 i.e. 01/04/2014 for 2 years i.e. upto 31/03/2016. So, whether I need to file ADT-1 now also ie. for 2015-2016.
Plz help..as last date for ADT-1 filling is approaching very fst...

No ADT-1 is required to be filed only for the appointment of the Auditor. It is not required to be filed for ratification of appointment each year.
