Admit card = provisional admitted for may 2013 exams???

What does this mean = you have been provisonally admitted for may 2013 exams. contact regional office if you feel you are eligible.    ??????????????????????

I have already submitted all the documents & that i m in last year of articleship 'some form' alongwith my exam form. 

ANy idea what could this be & what do i need to do now ?
