Address proof for firm

Hi, As you mentioned you already have a pan card, thus its only the address proof which is missing. The Electric bill can be produced for the sme. (if electric bill is in name of landlord): You will have to make a rent agreement with owner of the office premises. Subsequently take an No Objection Certificate from the owner mentioning that the (owner) has allowed you to use his electric meter for commercial purposes and he does not have any objection for the same.

Get the SSI Certificate from Dept of commerce and industires. in tamilnadu it can be get easily online. it is accepted by most of the banks

you have to choose Part I (business yet to commence)

or Part II(already business commenced)

choose the category which will opt your business.

 

 

as you need certificate of establishment ( trade licence) from local municipal body. which will contain business name, name of partners, address and principal business activity.
